Ensure Your Services Are Active

Make sure your services with us are activated. Once you receive our welcome email, your services are active. If you are unsure, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we can validate this for you.

Setting Your Domain Nameservers

This section will cover the high-level steps needed to set up your domain. Each domain registrar provides a different user experience. Please refer to your domain registrar for exact instructions on updating your nameserver records.

1. Log into your domain register dashboard.
2. Navigate to the domain you want to connect with our servers.
3. Update the nameserver records to match the ones specified below.
   • ns1.rvbcorp.com
   • ns2.rvbcorp.com
4. Apply the changes and allow 6 to 24 hours for the updates to roll out.
